We’re open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We’re closed on Sunday for regular work — but for storm emergencies, we answer the phone around the clock, every day of the year.

Yes. If a tree falls on your house, lands on your car, or blocks your driveway, call us right away — day or night, weekends and holidays included. Robbie or one of the crew picks up, and we get on the way.

Usually the same day. We answer calls and texts 24/7 for emergencies, and we check email daily and respond within 24 hours. For non-emergency estimates, we can typically be out to look at the job within a day or two.

We’re based in Arkadelphia and serve a 40-mile radius across Clark, Garland, Hot Spring, Pike, and Montgomery counties — including Hot Springs, Malvern, Gurdon, Glenwood, Bismarck, Caddo Valley, and Amity. There’s no trip fee for any town inside that radius.
